Nest Bank wprowadza jako pierwszy w kraju usługę Amazon Connect – nowoczesne rozwiązanie chmurowe mające na celu rewolucjonizację obsługi klienta i wewnętrznych procesów bankowych.

Nest Bank stał się pierwszym polskim bankiem, który zaimplementował rozwiązanie Amazon Connect – innowacyjną usługę chmurową oferowaną przez Amazon Web Services (AWS). Wdrożenie to jest kluczowym elementem strategii innowacji banku, mającej na celu nie tylko usprawnienie procesów, ale i podniesienie poziomu obsługi klienta.

Karolina Mitraszewska, wiceprezes Nest Banku, podkreśla, że decyzja o wykorzystaniu Amazon Connect to krok w kierunku wykorzystania jednego z „najbezpieczniejszych i najnowocześniejszych rozwiązań chmurowych na świecie”. Rozwiązanie to ma za zadanie nie tylko optymalizować działania banku, ale również zaoferować klientom nowe, zaawansowane metody komunikacji i obsługi.

Co zmienia Amazon Connect w Nest Banku?

Dzięki Amazon Connect, klient Nest Banku zyskuje dostęp do szeregu nowych funkcji. Przed połączeniem z konsultantem możliwa jest weryfikacja PUSH, a także samodzielne zarządzanie kanałami bankowymi, takimi jak blokowanie i odblokowywanie dostępu do usług. Amazon Connect umożliwia również bankowi personalizację doświadczeń klientów poprzez zaawansowane funkcje AI, takie jak Generative AI i Amazon Q, które wspierają bardziej naturalne i angażujące rozmowy.

Wielokanałowość jako nowy standard

Mitraszewska zwraca uwagę, że każda wprowadzana przez bank zmiana ma na celu „poprawę doświadczenia klienta, bez względu na sposób komunikacji”. Bank stawia na dostępność i różnorodność kanałów kontaktu — od infolinii, przez email, po wirtualnych asystentów i odwiedziny w oddziałach. Elastyczność i skalowalność chmury AWS ma wspierać Nest Bank w dalszym rozwoju tych kanałów, jednocześnie zachowując najwyższe standardy bezpieczeństwa danych i prywatności klientów.

Amazon Connect jest wykorzystywane przez ponad 3000 firm na całym świecie od 2017 roku, co świadczy o jego sprawdzonych zaletach, w tym o gwarancji najwyższego poziomu bezpieczeństwa danych i jakości połączeń.
