Choć jej opinia nie jest prawnie wiążąca, historycznie rzecz biorąc, sędziowie często ją uwzględniają, co może sugerować, że ostateczna decyzja trybunału będzie niekorzystna dla Google.

Co to oznacza dla Google i dla branży?

Po pierwsze, jest to potężny cios finansowy i wizerunkowy dla firmy, która od lat dominuje na rynku usług wyszukiwania.
