Michał Grzybkowski sprzedał swoje udziały w Beyond.pl i przestał pełnić funkcję Wiceprezesa Zarządu w spółce Beyond.pl, która specjalizuje się w dostarczaniu bezpiecznych usług data center, chmury i Managed Services. 

Podmioty z Grupy Kulczyk Investments oraz pomysłodawca i założyciel Beyond.pl, Michał Grzybkowski (wraz z podmiotami powiązanymi), zawarli 9 maja 2023 roku porozumienie
w kwestii nabycia wszystkich pozostałych udziałów w spółce Beyond.pl sp. z o.o. przez spółkę KI Finance (Cyprus) Ltd z Grupy Kulczyk Investments, większościowego wspólnika Beyond.pl
sp. z o.o. W związku z powyższym, aktualnie wspólnikami Beyond.pl sp. z o.o. pozostają jedynie spółki z Grupy Kulczyk Investments. Dodatkowo, w dniu 9 maja 2023 r. Michał Grzybkowski złożył rezygnację z pełnionej przez niego funkcji Wiceprezesa Zarządu Beyond.pl sp. z o.o.

Michał Grzybkowski jest pomysłodawcą i założycielem Beyond.pl. Był związany ze spółką przez 18 lat. W latach 2005 – 2019 pełnił rolę Prezesa Zarządu.

Obowiązki VP w zakresie rozwoju technologicznego spółki przejmują obecni członkowie zarządu Beyond.pl. Michał Grzybkowski nie ujawnia na razie, czym będzie się zajmował po rozstaniu z firmą. 

W zarządzie spółki Beyond.pl są obecnie Wojciech Stramski, Prezes Zarządu (od maja 2020 roku) i Wojciech Darłowski, Członek Zarządu ds. Chmury i Managed Services (od lutego 2023 roku).
