AWS wprowadza nowego asystenta spotkań na żywo opartego na AI

Amazon Web Services (AWS) zaprezentował nowe narzędzie Live Meeting Assistant (LMA), które korzystając z sztucznej inteligencji ma rewolucjonizować sposób, w jaki przeprowadzamy i dokumentujemy spotkania biznesowe. Innowacyjny asystent obiecuje zwiększenie produktywności i oszczędność czasu, eliminując potrzebę robienia notatek podczas i po spotkaniach.

AWS (Amazon Web Services) zaprezentował innowacyjne narzędzie dla biznesu – Live Meeting Assistant (LMA), inteligentny asystent spotkań, który ma zrewolucjonizować sposób, w jaki prowadzimy i dokumentujemy nasze spotkania. Dzięki wykorzystaniu sztucznej inteligencji i uczenia maszynowego, LMA obiecuje uwolnienie użytkowników od konieczności robienia notatek, zwiększając tym samym produktywność i oszczędność czasu.

Jak poinformował Tomasz Stachlewski, Head of Technology CEE w AWS, LMA jest elastyczny, bogaty w funkcje i w pełni konfigurowalny. Asystent wykorzystuje technologie takie jak Amazon Transcribe do transkrypcji na żywo z przypisaniem mówcy, Amazon Lex, oraz bazy wiedzy dla Amazon Bedrock do wyodrębniania szczegółowych informacji w czasie rzeczywistym.

LMA oferuje również funkcje niestandardowego słownictwa w usłudze Amazon Transcribe, które pozwalają na nauczenie asystenta specyficznej terminologii i nazw marek, zwiększając dokładność przetwarzania mowy na tekst. Asystent jest także zdolny do tłumaczenia każdego segmentu rozmowy na jeden z 75 dostępnych języków dzięki integracji z Amazon Translate, co ułatwia międzynarodową współpracę.

Innowacją jest także kontekstowy asystent spotkania, który korzysta z transkrypcji na żywo jako bazy do sprawdzania faktów i odpowiadania na pytania, wykorzystując zaufane źródła z baz wiedzy Amazon Bedrock. Dzięki temu uczestnicy mogą skupić się wyłącznie na dyskusji, nie tracąc czasu na dodatkowe wyszukiwania informacji.

Po zakończeniu spotkania LMA automatycznie generuje podsumowanie, wykorzystując transkrypcje do wyodrębnienia kluczowych informacji i zadań do wykonania, co jest nieocenione, gdy ktoś dołącza późno lub potrzebuje szybkiego przypomnienia dyskutowanych tematów. Asystent również oferuje opcję nagrywania spotkań, co pozwala później odtworzyć ważne fragmenty dyskusji.

LMA jest obecnie dostępny jako rozszerzenie do przeglądarki Chrome oraz dla aplikacji takich jak Zoom i Amazon Chime, z planami rozszerzenia obsługi na Microsoft Teams i WebEx w najbliższej przyszłości.
