Akcje SAP i 2 innych spółek wchodzą dziś na nowy rynek GPW

Na wniosek Wprowadzającego Animatora Rynku (WAR) – Santander Biura Maklerskiego – 15 czerwca 2023 r. na GlobalConnect zadebiutują kolejne trzy spółki. Będą to akcje niemieckich spółek notowanych na Deutsche Börse: sklep internetowy Zalando, producent sportowych i luksusowych samochodów osobowych Porsche oraz producent oprogramowania do zarządzania firmami SAP. Akcje wprowadzanych spółek wchodzą w skład indeksu giełdowego DAX.

Obecnie w obrocie dostępne są akcje siedmiu spółek: Allianz, BMW, hiszpańskiego holdingu odzieżowego Inditex (Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home), Jeronimo Martins (właściciel m.in. sieci sklepów Biedronka), Mercedes Benz, Siemens i Volkswagen. Planowane jest dalsze, sukcesywne rozbudowywanie oferty. W późniejszym okresie planowane jest także poszerzenie oferty o dostępność akcji wybranych spółek amerykańskich.

GlobalConnect to nowy rynek GPW, który ruszył w listopadzie 2022 r. Na tym rynku notowane są akcje wprowadzane do obrotu przez Wprowadzającego Animatora Rynku (WAR) bez zgody emitenta. Dzięki nowemu rynkowi inwestorzy mogą kupować i sprzedawać na GPW akcje największych i najbardziej znanych spółek zagranicznych. Na ten moment jedynym WAR, który wprowadza akcje spółek zagranicznych do obrotu na GlobalConnect, jest Santander Biuro Maklerskie.

Nowy rynek funkcjonuje w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu (ASO) GPW. Notowania odbywają się w trakcie sesji giełdowej na GPW – od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 09:05-17:05. Akcje zagranicznych spółek są kwotowane w polskich złotych. Wybór spółek wprowadzanych do obrotu na GlobalConnect leży w gestii WAR. WAR odpowiada także za zapewnienie płynności na wprowadzanych walorach.

Inwestorzy mogą składać zlecenia poprzez istniejący lub nowy rachunek w krajowych biurach maklerskich, które są podłączone do GlobalConnect. Opłaty pobierane od Członków Giełdy, działających na tym rynku są identyczne jak opłaty pobierane na Głównym Rynku GPW. Posiadaczom akcji notowanych na GlobalConnect będą przysługiwały pożytki w postaci np. dywidend.
