ASBISc Enterprises Plc wzmacnia Radę Dyrektorów powołując w jej skład dwóch nowych członków: Pan Constantinos Petrides został powołany do Rady Dyrektorów jako Dyrektor Niewykonawczy, natomiast Pani Hanna Kaplan jako Dyrektor Wykonawczy. Kadencja owych członków rozpocznie się 23 czerwca 2023 r. i potrwa do czerwca 2025 r.

Pan Constantinos Petrides ma ponad dwudziestoletnie doświadczenie zawodowe, w tym dziesięcioletnie na trzech najważniejszych stanowiskach ministerialnych w rządzie Cypru – w latach 2013-2023 kolejno pełnił funkcje: Wiceministra przy Prezydencie Republiki Cypru, Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych oraz Ministra Finansów Republiki Cypryjskiej. Swoją karierę zawodową rozpoczął w 2000 r. w Stowarzyszeniu Banków Cypryjskich oraz jako przedstawiciel Stowarzyszenia w Europejskiej Federacji Bankowej i Krajowym Komitecie ds. Wymiany waluty na Euro. W kwietniu 2006 roku został zatrudniony w Komisji Europejskiej w Brukseli, gdzie do września 2011 roku pracował jako ekonomista w Dyrekcji Generalnej ds. Rolnictwa i Dyrekcji Generalnej ds. Konkurencji. Podczas pracy w Komisji Europejskiej pełnił funkcję negocjatora umów o liberalizacji handlu pomiędzy UE i krajami trzecimi, a także zajmował się zagadnieniami pomocy publicznej w dziedzinie transportu.

Pan Constantinos Petrides studiował ekonomię na Uniwersytecie w Nottingham, a następnie uzyskał tytuł magistra ekonomii przemian politycznych w Europie w London School of Economics and Political Sciences.

Pani Hanna Kaplan dołączyła do Grupy ASBIS w 2022 r. i jest jedną z kluczowych osób w dziale finansowym Grupy. Dzięki bogatemu doświadczeniu i wiedzy Hanna była liderem projektu w zakresie konsolidacji Grupy będąc kluczowym łącznikiem z działami Finansów i Informatyki. Uczestniczyła również w pracach związanych z wejściem Spółki na Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie w 2007 roku i zakończyła z dużym sukcesem projekt systemu raportowania on-line oparty na autorskim oprogramowaniu IT4profit.

Pani Hanna Kaplan posiada tytuł licencjata ekonomii oraz Dyplomowanego Księgowego oraz tytuł inżyniera mechanika.
